We experienced some unfortunate graffiti vandalism of our welcome sign in Downtown Montpelier. Bob generously agreed to remove the graffiti. It turned out to be a difficult task due to the type of stone on which the graffiti was placed, but Bob was up for the challenge. He diligently did a test area before proceeding to the rest of the job, and was in frequent communication about his progress. He also applied a graffiti proofing coating layer to prevent future damage. Thank you, Bob!

Over the last ten years, I contracted with Bob for both large and small scale projects, and every project was always 100% complete, on time and thoroughly professional. Whether as a project manager or through direct conservation work, Bob became my go-to for tough projects requiring on-the-spot problem-solving in challenging environments. You will not regret contacting Arts Management Services.

Sardonis

I would like to give the highest of recommendations to anyone considering using Bob Hannum's many services. He did such a wonderful job cleaning, coating and removing graffiti from my "Whale Dance" sculpture, that I recommended him to the owners of many of my other pieces in various parts of the country. Over and over, I heard reports from my clients that echoed my own: "very professional; reasonable prices; work done in a timely fashion; etc." He even returned for touch-up work at no charge! And knowing he will be vigilant about keeping an eye on these pieces on a yearly basis takes a load off my mind.

I did not know I needed to have my bronze sculptures treated until I heard about Bob and his work. My sculptures look even more beautiful than when they were installed and I am so pleased they now are protected from the elements.

Bob Hannum repaired a large vessel that I have of Karen Karnes. It was in the garden and fell over making a long crack and chip. The vessel was woodfired so the surface has a very light rough texture with pockmarks and colors that are extremely subtle. The repair was so perfect that I cannot find where the damage was. The repair has also passed muster with a museum that is happy to receive it into their collection of American Crafts.
